Mr. Price is a native of Ocean County, New Jersey, growing up on the beautiful South Jersey Shore. He graduated from Stockton University near the top of his class with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Economics. He worked his way through college by working at a hotel/casino in Atlantic City, as a commercial fisherman, and as a golf caddie. He was accepted into Rutgers University School of Law, Camden, NJ where he graduated with his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree. He passed the New Jersey and New York bar exams on the first try. He was hired immediately out of law school to serve as a Judicial Law Clerk for a Judge of the Superior Court – Family Part. He then worked for a law firm in Monmouth County for two years before opening his own law firm in Little Egg Harbor, NJ.
Mr. Price has former and present clients in almost every county in NJ. Mr. Price is a fierce advocate who understands the complexities and nuances a wide variety of legal matters. He believes in a comprehensive and aggressive approach in handling a case. Mr. Price is extremely sensitive to the stress, heartache, and chaos that most of these litigations cause and provides hope through his experience.
Mr. Price has served on local planning boards. Mr. Price is admitted to practice in the federal courts of New Jersey and the Southern District of Texas. Mr. Price is also admitted into the “Criminal Justice Act” (“CJA”) Program in the Southern District of Texas. He is the former Public Defendant in Little Egg Harbor, NJ, and Bass River, NJ. He is currently the Presiding Commissioner of the Ocean County Condemnation Commission. He is formerly the Chairman of the Little Egg Harbor Environmental Commission and Planning Board.
